InLei® “COLOR CHART” is an indispensable reference tool for eyelash and eyebrow dyeing. It contains coloured synthetic locks that reflect each colour, cleaned and mixed of InLei® dyes.
Dyeing, using indirect dyes, is a very complex process. In fact, it is often very difficult to recognise the right use of colour according to the result we want to achieve. Sure, we know that if we choose a Brow the result will be a brown, but will it come in the shade we are looking for? Darker, lighter, more intense…? Do you know which pigment prevails (red, green…) in a given dye? Do you know how it reacts depending on the base? It takes many trials to achieve the maximum experience that allows you to recognise at a glance the right dye you need (or the mix between 2 colours) and the right mixing ratio with the oxidant.
Here, then, is the first chart showing all the available InLei® colours in their clean state (“clean” means that the colour we see in the Colour Chart is obtained on a neutral base, a colourless or white strand). But that’s not all… It also offers you ready-made mixtures (between colours) with fixed dosages. With the help of this chart, you can recognise the pigment that prevails in each available brown, check the lightening point (it contains a graduated scale in the bleach section) and propose the desired colour to the customer by showing it live.
IMPORTANT:
Remember that if the base of the hair (background colour) already has a strong (dark) colour, we can only give a different reflection or shade with the dye. We therefore specify that it is not possible to obtain a lighter coat from a dark base, dark coats do not lighten with just the use of a lighter shade of dye! In such cases it is necessary to bleach first and then dye.
EXAMPLE:
Base colour: very dark brown,
We wish to obtain: light brown
Working process: first bleach the coat, only then apply the desired colour.
N.B: After bleaching, the colouring needs a shorter application time, only a few minutes are needed (time depending on the structure of the hair).

The thickness of the eyelashes affects both comfort and appearance:
• 0.03-0.07 mm: ideal for volumizing extensions (2D-6D). Suitable for weak and thin natural lashes.
• 0.10-0.12 mm: used for classic extensions or light volume.
• 0.15 mm and more: suitable only for healthy, strong lashes and create a more dramatic look.
Using too thick lashes on weak natural lashes may damage the client’s natural lashes.
The curl of the eyelashes affects the final result:
• C – for a natural effect and an open look.
• D – for a dramatic effect and emphasizing the eyes.
• L – ideal for clients with deep-set eyes or straight natural lashes.
The choice of curl depends on the client’s eye anatomy and the desired result.
When choosing an adhesive, it is important to consider the technician’s experience level, the temperature and humidity in the workspace, as well as the client’s individual sensitivity.
• For beginners, adhesives with a slower drying time (2-3 seconds) are recommended.
• Experienced technicians should opt for fast-drying adhesives (0.5-1 second).
• For sensitive clients, we recommend hypoallergenic formulas with no strong odor.
